Today was overall a great day, of course there were a few bumps along the way. At the same time the issues weren’t as difficult to overcome. I just needed to remind myself when I got frustrated that I just needed to take a step back and breathe. This session will be about your well-being and I’m simply just sharing from my perspective how I handle situations. If anyone has any other methods I’d love to hear about.

Today was pretty smooth sailing, other than the building power being turned off for a couple hours. Yesterday was a whole different level of craziness. The entire time today when I encountered a problem I’d walk around and say things out loud to myself. It helps things click and I can hear what I can’t think, if that makes sense. Not only question yourself but be prepared to be wrong about a lot of things. Don’t get too down when you’re wrong and just fix it so you can be right.

Remember it’s not just about all the information you retain and take with you into the future. You must keep your body mind and spirit well maintained. Music helps many people concentrate, on the other hand so does silence. When you find your preferred method you’ll know and it’ll just click. Your mind wont function at it’s best unless you take care of your body and spirit as well. So try the method of just taking and step back and breathe.
