It’s Only Day 2
Honestly it’s been a lot to take in at once but it’s been such a wonderful opportunity so far. I didn’t expect for this to happen so fast. I’ve always wanted to be a video game designer since keiki days. Now that this opportunity has come to me I will make the most of it. I’m excited for the new bonds I’ll make along the way.
Of course when downloading the programs for this job I was blown away by how much you need to just begin the process. Immediately I knew I had to reinforcement my resolve. In a very short time there were already many situations that were difficult, why wouldn’t there be. To push through all difficult times I simply decided to rewatch and redo the chapters in Unity over and over and over again. With time this will for sure be easier and definitely smoother.
First impressions are always important no matter the situation. As soon as i logged onto Slack I immediately was met with such aloha and felt welcomed almost instantly. Some members initiated in conversations and really helped calm my nerves. Especially Joanne who is guiding all of Team K and more through our starting stages. I’m really excited for all the people i get to meet on this journey.
SUPER STOKED for the future and all that I’m going to learn with the company. It’s obvious that this company uses all resources available to them and pass it down to their team(s). I hope to be a good example of all the hard work everyone puts into mentoring me. Can’t wait for tomorrow!!!!!
