What A Day 5

This week has been a crazy first week but it’s what I was expecting for what we’re doing. So much information to soak in especially being a beginner. The entire team has been a huge help anytime I’ve had an issue. At first I was kind of shame to ask for help. Joanne really helped with getting us out of our shell and helped us to start to ask questions.

I went to my first all team meeting with Al as host and it was really helpful for the future issues I’ll face. He handled himself very well and answered any question that was thrown at him. Teaching us small tricks that avoid having to do such a long process. Immediately everyone warmed up to AL, he was just this boss man type. He cracked jokes and related to us when possible but when it came to down to business he stepped up and it was very reassuring that my boss is like that.

I’m starting to understand how to actually read the coding and seeing different possibilities that are there. I haven’t been this excited for work in a long time. I’m excited to dive even deeper into this coding.
